All prices quoted include VAT and all local taxes, the package and postage will depend on the items size and weight and this will be clearly displayed when you add items the shopping cart. Minimum p&p charge is £3.99
Payment is straight forward just follow the instructions and you will be taken to the PayPal secure payment site where you have a choice of payment methods
Delivery is usually within 5 working days UK and 8 working days for the rest of Europe stocks permitting. You must notify us within 14 days of making payment of none delivery unless you have been told there will be a delay in which case the maximum time for delivery will be notified.
Any faulty/damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery followed by written detailed confirmation.
Returned goods may incur a 20% handling charge plus the customer will have to cover the postage both ways, refunds will only be paid once the goods have arrived back to the supplier undamaged.
