4. Members offering information must to the best of their knowledge check the details are correct and of legal stature.
5. Static Caravan Information Service cannot b held responsible for any descriptive detail changes made to caravans, caravan parks, caravan parts or any other adverts displayed on this web site.

7. Static Caravan Information Service cannot be held responsible as to whom is the legal owner of items advertised on this web site and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine this fact before a purchase is made.
8. All adverts must be connected to the static caravan industry. Static Caravan Information Service has the right to refuse advertisements without reason. All free advertising will be limited in size and length of time allowed on the website, this will be up to the discretion of S.C.I.S. and may change from time to time.
9. All advertisers must clearly state if they are Trade or Private and must have the legal right to sell the items advertised.
10. Static Caravan Information Service has the right to refuse membership or cancel membership of any individual or company.
11. Static Caravan Information Service will not give valuations for static caravans or park site fees etc. Any figure given will only be a rough guide as these can vary on different parks and different parts of the country.
12. Static Caravan Information Service has the right to change membership fees without notice but existing members will be notified as soon as possible.
13. All damaged or shortages of spares/accessories must be reported to Static Caravan Information Service and direct to the supplier (see delivery note) within 24 hours followed by written details of damage/shortage within 3 working days.
14. Returned items will incur a 20% surcharge plus the customer will have to cover the postage both ways.
15. Static Caravan Information Service will take every precaution to ensure description of items listed are correctly described but cannot be held responsible for any misleading/false descriptions.
16. Static Caravan Information Service reserve the right to refuse supply/service without explanation, items will only be delivered to the address submitted to PayPal when making payment.
17. All gas appliances and associated spare parts must be installed by a Corgi registered installer.
