Fedex !! Item appears sound and undamaged - but only fitting and firing

I am very disappointed that having ordered and paid for the item on March 26th (and having been told in an e-mail on March 26th that if I ordered by 2pm it would be dispatched the same day) I still have not received it 18 days later.

It is essential that I receive it no later than this Friday April 16th.

Can you please confirm you have received the stock and it has been dispatched.

The bed frame actually arrived at Hillcroft Park in Cumbria while we were up there and so it is all installed and a lot more comfortable.
